Return and Exchange Policy

1. General conditions

Any item that is to be exchanged or returned must be done within 7 days after delivery and must be sent through our Client Services section.

During this period, returns can be requested through email with the subject line of Return Luminus Order#xxxxx

2. When should you decline the product

Our products are shipped to the client in the exact condition that they leave our factory. If any of the following problems below occur, refuse delivery and enter into contact with us through email with the subject line Refused Order#xxxx

Open or damaged packaging

Damaged product

The product received doesn’t match the description of the client’s order

3. Exchange or cancellation of the purchase for broken or defected items

Return for any product can be requested within 7 days of delivery. During this period, if the product appears to be defective, contact our customer service department through email with the subject line Defective Order and request an exchange.

To exchange a product, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be shipped in its original packaging without signs of use.

3.1 Shipping Costs

Luminus is not responsible for paying client’s shipping costs, if, for any reason, the client accepts product delivery and asks for a return, the costs are to be paid by the client.

4. Deadline for exchange

Luminus has up to 10 calendar days, starting from when the product is received by the Distribution Center, to verify if the client’s request meets the requisites of Luminus’s Exchange and Return Policy. If they are deemed to have been met, Luminus will ship a new product to the client.

5. 90-Day Challenge

As stated, purchasers of 3 or more bottles of Luminus Hair are automatically placed into the 90-Day Challenge. Therefore, in the absence of visible results, you will receive a full refund.

At the end of the 90-day treatment and during this timeframe Please contact our Returns Department using email address with 90-Day Challenge – Order Number in the subject line, and request a refund with your order number.

IMPORTANT: You must return all three empty bottles to complete the return process.
